In addition, you will reach high altitude resorts under the generous sun, even if it is in the plains, you sometimes risk driving under gray and hazy skies.

But a light northeasterly flow will blow this weekend and could still break up the clouds. This will certainly be at the expense of the persistence of the moderate mistral and tramontana in our mountains, but also in the sea in the Atlantic arc and in the southeast. Gray may be more persistent in the north-east and central regions, as is often the case, and locally along the Channel and in the foothills of the Pyrenees.

As for temperatures, they will drop again with the return of a small northeast flow, becoming seasonal again with fairly generalized morning frosts. This development is good news for maintaining beautiful snowpack and snowball operations at all elevations.

Then around the 10th, depending on the strength of our anticyclone, a return of cloud is possible along the Channel coast. In the mountains, the blue sky and the sun will last for a long time. Admittedly, there is no fresh snow in the forecast, but the current thick coat will continue without a problem, especially due to the overnight freeze and fairly moderate thaw.
