Samsung focuses on the design of the Galaxy A53, which is closer to the brand’s more premium models. As always, the South Korean firm offers a 6.5-inch Super Amoled quality panel that enjoys a Full HD + image. Moreover, we are entitled to a refresh rate of up to 120 Hz for smooth daily navigation. Not to mention compatibility with HDR10+, thanks to the presence of two stereo speakers, your content will be accompanied by Dolby Atmos sound.

On the animation side, the A53 packs an Exynos 1280 chip accompanied by 6GB of RAM. It’s not the fastest on the market, but it works very well for everyday use. However, the game will find its limitations, you will have to lower your requirements for this use. Otherwise, it offers a smooth and pleasant user experience and already benefits from the new Samsung interface OneUI 5 under Android 13 via update.

Who will make the biggest number happy?

Even if the A54 comes out soon, the Samsung Galaxy A53 is a good investment. It has very strong arguments for benefiting from four years of core updates and five years of security updates. This is the guarantee of having a good phone for many years. Especially since it is durable enough to last all day thanks to its 5000 mAh battery. It only takes 30 minutes to charge half of the battery.

In terms of photography, it offers great advantages with its four-lens camera. We are entitled to a main sensor with 64-megapixel optical stabilization, 12-megapixel ultra-wide-angle, 5-megapixel macro and 5-megapixel depth. It offers good versatility, even if it lacks a bit of precision in night mode. The macro sensor is not very useful. However, the portrait mode is very successful in this price range.
