10 old-school action movie heroes who haven’t lost their hands

Fast-paced, adrenaline-fueled action movies usually feature badass heroes who save the day with their bravery and fighting skills. These heroes are usually portrayed as young and energetic, but old-school heroes have proven time and time again that they can be just as good at what they do.

Fueled by grief and a desire for revenge, his character develops in a very different environment from what the audience is used to seeing the actor.

Few action movie heroes are as iconic and influential as the dashing, adventurous professor archaeologist Indiana Jones. In Kingdom of the Crystal Skullold Indy travels to Peru in search of an object that supposedly has supernatural powers.

There were several complaints from fans about the fourth IndianaJones cinema but Harrison Ford being too old for the role was not one of those complaints. Quite the contrary: the actor coped with this role and I hope he will continue to do so in the next series finale.

Al Pacino plays Vincent Hanna, a cop chasing a master thief. He is skilled with a firearm and incredibly dedicated to his work – maybe too much so. He’s a really compelling hero, and Pacino uses the role to show that his action star skills are polished as an energetic actor.

There are quite a few good reasons for this Chuck Norris remembered as one of the most interesting action stars in the history of cinema. So when he was brought on board The Expendables 2fans of the genre knew they were in for a treat.

The thrilling sequel is entertaining enough as it is, filled with the genre’s big stars and testosterone-boosting fight scenes, but introducing a legend of Norris’ caliber in a fun little cameo takes the icing on the cake. As you might expect, Booker is a formidable one-man army, despite the actor being 71 years old and retired at the time of filming.

Harrison Ford as Han Solo in Star Wars: Episode VII – The Force Awakens (2015)

Love it or hate it Disney star wars sequel trilogy; If you’re a fan of the huge sci-fi franchise, then you must remember the childhood excitement you felt. Harrison FordHan Solo returns for the first time in the Millennium Falcon after a long absence.

Han is definitely one of the best parts the force awakens and the entire sequel trilogy, and Ford steps into the character’s shoes as if he never took them off in the first place. No one expected anything from this sequel/legacy reboot, but for this one the terminator surprise fans dark fate it was a fun action movie with great callbacks and solid fan service.

Sarah Connor, the star of the first two films in the franchise, makes a triumphant return in this one, and it’s an absolute treat. He’s simply one of the best action movie heroes of all time, so to see him still intact in his late 60s makes it even worse.

It was undoubtedly one of the biggest surprises of 2022 Everything everywhere at oncea sci-fi comedy about an aging Chinese immigrant. He discovers that only by joining the lives he can live in other universes can he save them all, including his own.

Keanu Reeves Every action movie he’s starred in has always been a complete explosion of flavor, but with him John Wick franchise, it conquered the world. He portrays a former contract killer who is forced to return to the criminal underworld he walked away from.

Writing these movies isn’t what gets people out the door, it’s a tough act, but Wick is still a compelling, multi-dimensional character played with incredible dedication by Reeves. The cinematography of each film is fantastic and the action sets are some of the best in the genre, so Wick never shows its age.

Not everyone likes the movies he’s been in over the last few years, but if Neeson is in a movie, those who do are guaranteed to enjoy it.

The actor likes to portray male heroes and anti-heroes who are tough and brutal, loyal to their mission, fearless in the face of danger. Even if a particular movie isn’t great, having Neeson as the star guarantees a fun time.
