Priscilla Majani disappeared with her five-year-old daughter in 2011 after accusing her father of molesting and sexually assaulting her daughters. This complaint was closed without further action. After eleven years on the run, the defendant was finally extradited in August 2022 from Switzerland, where he had been arrested a few months earlier after a banal traffic stop. He was sentenced to 5 years in prison at the first instance.

A 17-year-old child who is currently in custody in Switzerland has filed a complaint with the Swiss justice system for psychological, physical and sexual violence against his father, the Swiss state prosecutor said.
